Contact form
Messages and requests sent through the forms go to hello@alternoagency.com and are stored so I can reply. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and I do not publish your personal email anywhere on the site. I keep contact information while our relationship lasts and up to 24 months after, in case you decide to resume the service. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@alternoagency.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses functional cookies to remember your language, your color-mode preference and that you accepted the cookie notice, and Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how forms perform. I do not use advertising cookies or track you across sites.
Randy, the voice assistant
Randy is an AI voice assistant (ElevenLabs). After you accept cookies, your browser stores an anonymous identifier so Randy can remember a short summary of previous conversations for up to 90 days. If you choose to give your name, email or phone, they are saved as a contact message so Radhames can reply.
How hiring works
The process is simple and transparent: (1) you fill in the information form with what you need; (2) you pay securely with Stripe for the service you chose; (3) you receive a confirmation email with the details; (4) you book the appointment on the available calendar; (5) we meet over Google Meet, in person, or as the service requires. By paying, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and are fixed on the consulting page.
Consulting: scope
Consulting is professional guidance based on my experience. I will tell you when a problem falls outside my expertise and, if so, I will be honest about it. Larger projects (diagnostic, audit, advisory, corporate) are also governed by a written agreement defining scope, deliverables and timeline.
Guarantee
Initial-session guarantee: if at the end of the first session I determine I cannot provide the value you hired me for, I will refund 100% of what you paid, no questions asked. Process guarantee: anything I deliver to you is reviewed by me, and if the service includes follow-up, I will respond within the agreed timeframe. What cannot be guaranteed: specific business results (such as sales figures or conversions), search engine positions, or the behavior of external platforms (ads, social media, email) that I do not control. In those cases, the work is to build the strategy and execution as well as possible with the information available.
Payments and deposits
Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details, and your payment shows up as a Stripe receipt. 1:1 sessions are paid in full before scheduling; the calendar is only available after payment is confirmed. The Diagnostic, Audit and Advisory require a 15% deposit credited toward the total (for Advisory, toward the first month); the balance is paid according to the agreed written plan. The deposit secures calendar time; if the project does not move forward because of my decision, it is refunded in full. Prices are in USD; if taxes apply based on your location, they are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment methods and terms
Accepted methods: (1) credit or debit card and (2) ACH, a direct debit from a US bank account, both processed securely by Stripe; and (3) check by invoice. All amounts are in US dollars (USD). Payment confirmation: your appointment or project date is only reserved once payment is confirmed. Card payments are confirmed immediately. With ACH, the bank takes 2 to 4 business days to clear the funds; once cleared, you get an email with the booking link. Paying by check: choose «Check» on the form before paying and I will email you an invoice with the amount and who to make the check payable to. Delivery is arranged in person or by mail. The invoice must be paid within 10 calendar days; otherwise the request is released. Payment is considered received when the check is deposited and the bank clears the funds; I then send you the booking link. Declined payments: if an ACH debit is declined or a check is returned, the booking is cancelled and you are notified by email; returned checks may carry a US$25 administrative fee, as permitted by Puerto Rico law. Security: online payments are processed by Stripe; this site never sees or stores card or bank account numbers. Cancellations and refunds follow the corresponding sections of these terms; for check payments, refunds are made by check or bank transfer.
Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
1:1 sessions: with 5 business days or more of notice, 100% refund; with less than 5 business days but at least 24 hours, 50%; with less than 24 hours or if you do not show up, no refund. You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. If I cancel and we cannot find a new date, you get a 100% refund. Deposit-based projects: the deposit is fully refunded if you cancel before the scope is agreed in writing; once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and only the work completed to date is charged. Project meeting rescheduling: dates can be moved by mutual agreement with no penalty. Force majeure: if an emergency on your side or mine prevents the meeting, we seek to reschedule in good faith before discussing refunds.
Refunds
Every refund is processed with the same payment method you used, through Stripe, and usually appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer. To request a refund, write to hello@alternoagency.com with the service name and the payment date; I will reply with the confirmation and the amount detail according to the cancellation table. Partial refunds are calculated according to the percentage that matches the notice you gave. There are no extra fees for processing a refund.
Scheduling and artificial intelligence
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly, which receives your name and email for that purpose. With your prior consent, I may use AI tools to take notes or transcribe a meeting and prepare the summary; every deliverable is reviewed and approved by me. If you prefer no recording or transcription, just let me know.
Limitation of liability
Blog content and session guidance are informational; final decisions about your business are yours. I am not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits) arising from the use of the site or the service. My total liability, in the unlikely event one arises, is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in this document takes away rights granted to you by applicable law.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. If a disagreement arises, the first step is a direct, friendly solution; if that is not possible, the matter is resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Rico.
